How do I know FDA registered products are legitimate?

Where is the item location?

We are USA based company. All items will be shipped from our New York facility. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our products, return the product back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  Shipping cost are not refundable. You need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return the products. Please contact us to receive a RMA# .  You will be responsible for freight and insurance cost associated with your return.  We will not be responsible for damaged or lost package that may occur during your return.  All items must be returned unused and unopened in original condition, with all original packaging.  If 'like new condition' item is not met, we reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking fee from your refund amount.  Any order error or product defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.  We will arrange and pay for the return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly.


If your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to our facility and a credit will be made to your account.  We're not responsible for re-shipping a product when an incorrect shipping information is provided.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders declared 'Undeliverable or Unclaimed' mail.  Please check and verify your shipping address before submitting your order!

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number before you start return process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will get an email from us including tracking information. You can track the package with corresponding carrier website.

What is your shipping policy?

All items will be shipped from our New York facility.
We provide free standard shipping within the 48 continental states (Excludes AK, HI, U.S. Territories).

All orders will be shipped on same day once payment and checkout is processed and cleared before 3:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.  Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day, but no longer than 24 hrs. (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.  We ship via USPS, but may change carrier to UPS or FedEx depending on package weight and volume.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, We ship our products to outside of United States.  Please contact us for international shipping options.
